Job summary

Chainlink Labs is a remote-first organization seeking an experienced Executive Recruiter to lead complex, high-impact searches across our global organization. You will partner directly with executive leaders to identify, assess, engage, and hire senior talent, with a focus on Director+ roles across technical and business functions.

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering complex, multi-source executive searches in fast-paced technology organizations.
• Track record of hiring Director, VP, and/or C-level talent across multiple functions.
• Partner with executive leaders to shape role scopes, search strategies, and compensation discussions.
• Experience developing and evolving executive recruiting processes and assessment frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Own and personally deliver global executive and senior leadership searches across technical and business functions.
• Partner with executive leaders to shape role scopes, candidate profiles, search strategies, assessment approaches, and compensation discussions.
• Act as an influential talent advisor, bringing external market perspective to improve hiring decisions.
• Build comprehensive talent maps and candidate pipelines using multiple channels.
• Develop clear, concise search documentation, including briefing materials and pipeline reporting.
• Develop and optimize executive recruiting practices and assessment frameworks.
• Deliver a thoughtful, high-touch candidate experience while maintaining rigor for complex searches.
• Develop trusted networks with senior leaders globally for ongoing talent market intelligence.
• Collaborate across a globally distributed organization to balance urgency with quality.
