Job summary

Ashley Digital, the e-commerce engine behind Ashley Furniture Industries, seeks a Strategic Program Manager to own financial and operational reporting cadences for executive leadership. You will translate input signals into sharp, structured outputs with precision, handling ambiguity and detail in a fast-paced setting.

Based in a remote-first environment, you will partner with senior leaders to ensure accurate MBRs/QBRs, craft concise materials, and drive accountability across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in high-growth tech, ops, banking, consulting or similar roles with strong executive communication.
• Experience with financial and operational data for executive reporting cycles.
• Experience in investment banking, private equity, or management consulting is strongly preferred.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and synthesize large amounts of information.
• Strong ability to create polished, executive-level materials.

Responsibilities

• Own the MBR/QBR process and related business infra read-outs for executive updates.
• Build concise, high-quality presentations communicating insights and trends.
• Shape messaging and maintain a consistent operating cadence with senior leaders.
• Prepare materials for executive forums aligned to key priorities.
• Identify themes, risks, and opportunities across the business.
• Drive follow-through on actions and decisions with stakeholders.
• Improve information gathering and communication across the org.
• Manage critical workstreams from start to finish as a trusted partner.
