Qualifications

• Experience with SQL queries for data analysis.
• Familiarity with agile project execution.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business units to plan initiatives and align with strategic goals.
• Elicit requirements via interviews, document analysis, use cases, and workflow analysis.
• Capture business needs and deliver BRDs, use cases, and interface designs.
• Define technical solutions with developers and subject matter experts.
• Set up, configure, and test systems for successful implementation.
• Identify automation opportunities to optimize processes.
• Serve as liaison among business, tech, and support teams for project delivery.
• Create user manuals and conduct training to support adoption.
• Guide junior and mid-level analysts in their growth.
• Travel ~5% domestically.
