The role spans cloud infrastructure, security, networking, and application development, with hands-on execution and strategic planning across Azure, GCP, and Kubernetes. Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent.
• 10+ years of hands-on experience in software development and infrastructure management.
• Expertise in cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, Kubernetes) and containers (Docker).
• Proficient in programming languages (Python, Java, .NET).
• Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Knowledge of security frameworks and compliance standards.
• Database administration and design experience.
• Experience with enterprise integration patterns.

Responsibilities

• Actively design and implement cloud infrastructure solutions across Azure and GCP and Kubernetes, understanding cattle vs pets.
• Develop and execute security architectures within development and application environments.
• Design and implement network architectures and security protocols.
• Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines with a DevOps team.
• Oversee development teams to align to the CTO's vision.
• Implement database architectures with high-availability and replication strategies.
• Design and develop integration solutions between systems and platforms.
• Lead evaluation of new technologies through practical testing.
• Provide mentorship to development and infrastructure teams.
• Develop architecture documentation and participate in implementation.
• Create disaster recovery and business continuity solutions.
• Implement monitoring and observability across the stack.
• Participate in code reviews and development activities.
• Design and utilize centralized identity and access management solutions.
