Job summary

CSC Generation seeks an Executive & Strategic Recruiter to own end-to-end search strategy and execution across its portfolio of brands. You will partner directly with hiring executives to map talent, define roles, and close candidates who are passive or highly specialized.

In 6–12 months, you will source and close multiple senior-level searches, build a warm pipeline, and become a trusted advisor across the portfolio. This is a lean, autonomous role with high ownership.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting executive, strategic, or hard-to-fill roles.
• Proven ability to source and close passive candidates.
• Strong network and direct executive access.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end search strategy for executive roles across brands.
• Proactively source passive candidates through direct outreach and mapping.
• Close searches with deep AI/data science requirements and build warm pipelines.
