Qualifications

• Executive recruiting experience in agency or in-house settings.
• Experience supporting senior engineering and product hiring.
• Strong sourcing and recruitment analysis skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with candidates and stakeholders.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Technical educational background.

Responsibilities

• Assist with creation of a search strategy and candidate archetypes.
• Execute desk research for targeted roles and projects.
• Embed with a client’s culture socially and professionally.
• Partner with stakeholders to demonstrate value of talent practices.
• Provide top-of-funnel support and hiring event assistance.
