Job summary

Randstad is seeking a Principal Executive Recruiter to architect executive searches for Directors and VPs, guiding AI-enabled sourcing, deep stakeholder management, and data-driven decisions to shape leadership for a global technology platform.

You will influence talent strategy, manage end-to-end processes, and ensure an equitable, high-impact candidate experience across enterprise functions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of executive recruiting experience (Director level and above) in high-growth SaaS/FinTech/tech.
• Proven ability to leverage AI-enabled search tools and talent analytics for leadership hiring.
• Data-driven use of talent market intelligence (ARR, LTV, CAC) to influence outcomes.
• Proven track record building diverse pipelines for senior-level hiring.
• Collaborative yet autonomous—lead complex searches with minimal supervision.
• Education: High School Diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Talent Advisory to internal stakeholders for enterprise product transformation.
• AI-enabled sourcing & market mapping for engineering, product, and GTM leadership.
• End-to-end executive search management from research to offers and onboarding.
• Coach VPs and C-suite on market realities, DEI, and best-in-class candidate experience.
