Job summary

BairesDev is hiring a Head of Signature Events to design and run invitation-only experiences for senior technology executives, hosted by our CEO and leaders. This remote role is based in the US or Canada, Pacific Coast preferred, with regular travel to host events in the US and abroad.

You will own every event end to end—from concept and venue to invites, budgets, vendors, and on-site hosting—measuring impact through meetings and pipeline and reporting results to marketing and sales leadership.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in marketing, with 4+ years in B2B event marketing at B2B companies.
• Experience producing invitation-only experiences for C-level and VP buyers.
• 4+ years running events for US B2B buyers.
• Experience coordinating events with a CEO or senior executive host.
• Based in the US or Canada; Pacific Coast preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce signature executive experiences end to end.
• Set invitation strategy and build guest lists with commercial teams.
• Manage budgets, contracts, venues, and vendors.
• Coordinate on-site hosting and run-of-show.
• Track attendance and pipeline, report ROI to leadership.
• Develop yearly signature events calendar and repeatable playbook.
• Travel regularly to host events in the US and abroad.
