Job summary

BairesDev is hiring a Head of Signature Events to design and run invitation-only experiences for senior technology executives. You will own concepts, venues, budgets, guest lists, and on-site hosting, collaborating with CEO and account teams.

The role is remote-based in the US or Canada (Pacific Coast preferred) with regular travel to the US and abroad, requiring 6+ years in marketing and strong English. Bachelor's degree required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in marketing, with 4+ years in B2B event marketing or corporate events.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce signature executive experiences end to end, including concept, venue, vendors, run-of-show and on-site hosting.
• Manage invitation strategy, guest lists, RSVPs and attendance targets for C-level and VP buyers.
• Oversee budgets, contracts, venues and vendors, tracking cost per attendee.
• Measure results by attendees, follow-up meetings and pipeline; report ROI to leadership.
• Build annual signature events calendar and repeatable playbook; ensure compliance and quality.
