Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Head of Signature Events to design and run invitation-only experiences for senior technology executives. You will own end-to-end concepts, venues, budgets, and on-site hosting, collaborating with CEO and account teams.

Based in the US or Canada with regular travel, you will build targeted guest lists, manage vendors, and measure impact on meetings and pipeline. A Bachelor's degree and 6+ years in marketing are required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in marketing, with 4+ years in B2B event marketing or corporate events.
• Experience producing invitation-only experiences for C-level and VP buyers (10–50 guests).
• 4+ years running events targeting US B2B buyers (US accounts/clients).
• Experience producing events outside your home city, including international or destination events.
• Experience hosting events with a CEO or senior executive as host, including guest-list approvals.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Based in the US or Canada; Pacific Coast preferred (California, Oregon, Washington, British Columbia).
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce signature executive experiences end to end, hosted by executives.
• Build invitation strategy and guest lists with sales teams; meet attendance targets.
• Manage budgets, contracts, venues, and vendors; track cost per attendee.
• Measure ROI by attendees and pipeline, and report to marketing and sales leadership.
• Create the annual calendar and repeatable playbook for events.
• Travel regularly to host events in the US and abroad, including WEF Davos.
