BairesDev is seeking a Head of Signature Events to design and manage invitation-only experiences for senior technology executives. You will own concept, venue, vendors, guest lists, invitations, RSVPs, and on-site hosting, working with our CEO and commercial teams.

The role is remote, based in the US or Canada (Pacific Coast preferred), with regular travel to host events in the US and abroad. A Bachelor's degree and strong English proficiency are required.

Qualificações

• 6+ years in marketing with 4+ years in B2B event marketing.
• Experience producing invitation-only executive events.
• Experience with US B2B buyers and international events.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Based in US or Canada, Pacific Coast preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Design and produce signature executive experiences end to end, hosted by the CEO or leaders.
• Set invitation strategy, build invite lists, and achieve attendance targets for C-level and VP guests.
• Manage budgets, contracts, venues, and vendors; track costs per attendee.
• Measure ROI by attendees, follow-up meetings, and pipeline in CRM; report to leadership.
• Build annual calendar and repeatable playbook with formats and vendor roster.
• Travel regularly to host events in US and abroad.
