Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Head of Signature Events to run invitation-only experiences for senior technology executives. The role is remote, based in the US or Canada, with travel to the US and abroad. You’ll own concepts, venues, budgets, and on-site hosting, delivering measurable ROI to marketing and sales leadership.

You will design end-to-end executive experiences, manage guest lists and invitations, and build a scalable playbook for an ongoing calendar of high-profile events.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in marketing, with 4+ years in B2B event marketing at B2B companies.
• Experience producing invitation-only experiences for C-level and VP buyers.
• 4+ years running events targeted at US B2B buyers; international/destination events welcome.
• Experience hosting events with a CEO or senior executive as host.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce signature executive experiences end to end, hosted by senior leaders.
• Set invitation strategy, build guest lists, manage RSVPs and attendance targets.
• Manage budgets, contracts, venues, vendors and cost per attendee.
• Track event ROI, pipeline influence and reports to marketing and sales leadership.
• Build a repeatable playbook and annual events calendar; ensure compliance.
• Travel regularly to host events in the US and abroad.
