Cummins is seeking an Executive Recruiter to join our team in a remote U.S. role with travel.

You will lead executive search strategies for Director-level and above roles, partner with senior leaders to translate objectives into hiring plans, and deliver market insights to inform leadership decisions. You will build diverse executive pipelines, influence hiring outcomes through rigorous assessments, and elevate the candidate experience through proactive engagement and high-touch relationship

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of recruiting experience with at least 3-5 years focused on executive search or senior leadership recruiting.
• Experience recruiting Director+ level talent.
• Experience within a corporate in-house executive search function and/or prior retained search firm experience.
• Proven success managing complex, confidential executive searches.
• Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills.
• Experience utilizing executive search methodologies, research tools, and sourcing platforms.
• Excellent interviewing, assessment, and candidate evaluation capabilities.
• Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience supporting global and cross-functional executive searches.
• Knowledge of executive compensation structures and incentive programs.
• Experience in behavioral interviewing or executive assessment methodologies.
