Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years in Executive Talent Sourcing, with the ability to manage multiple projects, work independently, and maintain precise candidate data in Encore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of Executive Talent Sourcing experience.
• Track record of building company and target talent lists which successfully fill executive level roles.
• Experience managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Ability to independently identify multiple approaches to identify target talent and execute with minimal direction.
• Excellent time management and organization skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and outstanding communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in an extremely fast-paced and demanding work environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain target company lists and conduct internet research to identify target talent for retained search assignments (mid-to-senior and executive level).
• Develop targeted talent pools leveraging direct sourcing methodologies (including AI, organizational mapping, complex searches).
• Load prospective candidates into the company database and maintain accuracy in Encore. May reach out to target talent to qualify candidates on an as-needed basis.
