This role involves developing client relationships, driving new business, and maintaining key accounts. A proven track record in executive search, excellent client management skills, and experience in the relevant markets are essential. The position offers a competitive salary with uncapped commissions and a collaborative virtual work environment.

Competenze

• 10+ years of retained executive search experience preferred.
• Track record of closing $1M+ in search execution annually.
• Experience in life sciences/healthcare markets preferred.
