Manage executive searches from sourcing through offer stage.
Develop targeted sourcing strategies for senior/executive talent.
Identify and engage passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
Conduct screening and qualification calls.
Present qualified candidates with clear summaries to hiring leaders.
Coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders throughout each search.
Maintain high-touch candidate experience and timely communication.
