Job summary

Scion Executive Search is seeking a Senior Executive Recruiter to build a new revenue stream from the ground up. This full-desk role offers a base draw, uncapped commission, and year-one OTE of $222,000–$312,500.

You will own everything from business development through placement across multiple sectors including private equity, energy & utilities, technology/AI, and life sciences. You’ll report to the Executive Director and have influence over how the practice grows.

Qualifications

• Experience in executive recruiting and business development.
• Track record of closing senior-level searches.
• Strong networking and outreach capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Source and close new client partnerships through outbound prospecting and referrals.
• Run the full search lifecycle: intake, sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, placement.
• Build executive pipelines using market research for movable talent.
