Job summary

Elite Dental Partners is seeking a recruiter to support clinical talent across a remote team in the United States. You will partner with Clinical and Operations to build a strong candidate pool and manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including outreach, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding.

The role requires collaboration with dental schools, compliance with employment laws, and travel up to 25% for conferences and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a business or HR emphasis and 2 years of dental hygiene recruiting experience.
• Experience in Healthcare/Dental industry; dental preferred.
• Experience partnering with dental schools.
• Experience with external source development and lifecycle recruitment management.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence dentists and hiring managers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; excellent screening capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes search techniques to fill clinical positions.
• Makes initial candidate contact and builds networks to generate interest.
• Partners with marketing and leadership to expand recruitment reach.
• Manages end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer and onboarding.
• Screens applicants and presents qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Ensures compliance with laws and supports onboarding with HR.
• Assists in school recruiting efforts and social media branding.
