Automattic is seeking a high-caliber executive assistant to support Matt and the Wranglers team. This remote, full-time role moves fast and focuses on smoothing logistics, triaging demands, and helping the team move at lightspeed.

You’ll collaborate across time zones with discretion, interface with partners and execs worldwide, and own meetings, travel, calendars, and prep. A calm, proactive problem-solver is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Matt and the Wranglers as a trusted, behind-the-scenes operator.
• Triages priorities, blocks distractions, and organizes calendars, travel, meetings, and logistics.
• Owns the unexpected: anticipates needs and handles urgent issues under pressure.
• Interfaces with high-profile partners, board members, and execs worldwide with discretion.
• Does research, prep, and follow-up for meetings, filling gaps before they become obvious.
• Spot inefficiencies and invent better workflows and organization.
• Support and challenge the team with candor, humor, and practical help daily.
