Job summary

GHX is seeking an Executive Director, Total Rewards to own the enterprise compensation, benefits, wellbeing, HR systems, and payroll strategy. You will translate business strategy into compelling rewards programs, partnering with CHRO, executive leadership, and the Compensation Committee to drive high performance.

You will lead multi-year strategy, governance, and Board reporting, guiding executive compensation and equity decisions across a global footprint.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in total rewards with senior leadership.
• Experience presenting to boards or Compensation Committee.
• Experience guiding compensation, benefits and HRIS/payroll in global orgs.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise total rewards strategy and governance.
• Direct annual compensation planning cycles enterprise-wide.
• Lead market analyses, benchmarking, and equity programs.
• Oversee benefits, wellbeing, and payroll strategy across geographies.
• Partner with executive leadership to align rewards with financial plans.
