Job summary

DataSpring is seeking an experienced Event Coordinator to manage planning, execution, and follow-through for DataSpring-owned events and support sponsored events under the guidance of the Event Marketing Manager.

You will handle pre-, during-, and post-event workstreams, coordinating across internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless delivery of executive meetings, councils, and symposiums in a fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in event coordination or related roles.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate owned DataSpring events, including executive meetings and councils.
• Manage timelines, logistics, vendor coordination, registration, materials, and post-event follow-up.
• Provide day-of-event support for virtual and in-person programs and escalate issues as needed.
• Collaborate across marketing, sales, product, and executive stakeholders.
