DeepIntent is seeking an Event Marketing Associate to plan, execute, and follow-up on corporate sponsorships, client engagement, and sales marketing events. You'll handle RSVP management, on-site support, and post-event reporting, collaborating with sales and marketing teams to drive engagement and relationships.

The role emphasizes organization, multi-task handling, and a service mindset, with on-site support and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in event marketing, marketing coordination, or a related role.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence engaging internal teams and external clients.
• Experience with event management platforms and CRM systems is a plus.
• Collaborative, proactive, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of client engagement events, sales marketing programs, and corporate sponsorships.
• Assist with event logistics including timelines, run-of-show documents, vendor coordination, and on-site support.
• Partner with the Senior Event Marketing Manager to ensure events are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned to business goals.
• Manage event RSVP lists, registrations, waitlists, and attendee tracking.
• Own event communications including invitations, confirmations, reminders, and post-event follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate attendee data and ensure a seamless guest experience from invitation through event completion.
• Support sales teams with client engagement events that strengthen relationships and drive pipeline impact.
• Coordinate closely with sales partners to align on guest lists, outreach timing, and event objectives.
• Serve as a professional, client-facing representative at events, ensuring a high-touch and welcoming experience.
• Utilize event management software to manage registrations, communications, and reporting.
• Support CRM updates related to event attendance, engagement, and follow-up.
• Assist with post-event reporting and insights to help measure event effectiveness.
• Manage end-to-end merchandise logistics, including vendor sourcing, inventory tracking, and weekly shipments.
• Provide marketing administrative support including tracking timelines, managing shared documents, and coordinating approvals.
• Maintain organized records for events, budgets, invoices, and vendor documentation.
• Support the marketing team with additional operational and administrative tasks as needed.
