CVS Health is seeking an Executive Director, Digital Product - Medical Cost Initiatives. You will lead tech product strategy across medical cost portfolios, guiding care models and cost outcomes with Epic as a core platform.

You will manage a multidisciplinary team to deliver scalable technology roadmaps, partnering with clinical and business leaders to optimize patient outcomes and lower costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree and/or clinical background preferred (RN, MD, DO, NP, PA).
• 10–15+ years of progressive leadership spanning healthcare operations and enterprise EHR (Epic).
• Proven history partnering with delivery networks to improve medical cost trends.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and execution for medical cost initiatives and care models.
• Oversee multidisciplinary teams to translate clinical vision into Epic-enabled roadmaps.
• Ensure integrations between external data sources and Epic workflows for real-time insights.
