Job summary
CVS Health is seeking an Executive Director, Digital Product - Medical Cost Initiatives to lead technology strategy and delivery for core medical cost portfolios within CVS Healthcare Delivery. You will guide end-to-end technology roadmaps, coordinate with Epic, data science, engineering and UI/UX teams, and partner with executives to optimize patient outcomes and reduce costs.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree preferred.
- Proven leadership in healthcare technology product management.
- Experience partnering with clinical and business stakeholders.
- Expertise with Epic EHR workflows and data integration.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic product and technology roadmap for Medical Cost Initiatives.
- Partner with clinical and operational leaders to drive value-based care tech solutions.
- Oversee cross-functional teams of product managers, analysts, engineers and designers.
- Ensure real-time, actionable insights through Epic workflows and data integrations.
- Drive measurable clinical quality, patient outcomes and cost improvements.
