Job summary

CVS Health Corporation seeks an Executive Director to lead Digital Product for Medical Cost Initiatives. You will guide the technology strategy, align care models, and drive cost-effective clinical outcomes across CVS Healthcare Delivery.

The role requires 10–15+ years in healthcare operations and enterprise EHR product management, with strong Epic experience and executive collaboration skills. Remote work within the U.S. is supported.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree and/or clinical background preferred (RN, MD, DO, NP, PA).
10–15+ years of progressive leadership experience spanning healthcare operations, clinical technology product management, and enterprise EHR implementation (Epic).
Track record partnering with primary care networks, retail clinics, or value-based care organizations to improve medical cost trends.
Hands-on experience configuring and translating Epic workflows into scalable technology roadmaps.

Responsibilities

Lead technology product strategy for Medical Cost Initiatives and drive cost-out outcomes.
Manage multidisciplinary teams: Product Managers, Epic Analysts, Engineers, Data Scientists, and Designers.
Translate clinical vision into robust Epic/technology architectures and roadmaps.
Ensure seamless integration of external data sources with Epic workflows for real-time insights.
