Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking an Executive Director of Technology Product Management for Medical Cost Initiatives. This remote role partners with senior leaders to shape and execute value-based care technology roadmaps, leveraging Epic workflows and cross-functional teams to lower medical costs and improve patient outcomes.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team including Product Managers, Epic Analysts, software engineers, data scientists, and designers, driving end-to-end technology paths

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Graduate degree and/or clinical background preferred
• 10–15+ years of progressive leadership spanning healthcare operations and product management
• Experience partnering with primary care delivery networks or value-based care programs and Epic

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic product and technology roadmap for CVS Healthcare Delivery medical cost initiatives.
• Partner with clinical and business leaders to translate vision into scalable Epic-enabled workflows.
• Oversee end-to-end technology lifecycle from problem discovery to deployment and outcomes.
• Build and mentor a high-performing, cross-functional product team.
• Ensure integrations with external data sources and real-time clinician insights.
