Job summary
CVS Health Corporation seeks an Executive Director, Digital Product - Medical Cost Initiatives to lead strategy and execution for CVS Healthcare Delivery medical cost portfolios. You will guide a multidisciplinary team of product managers, Epic analysts, software engineers, data scientists, and designers to translate clinical vision into scalable roadmaps that lower costs and improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Graduate degree and/or clinical background preferred (RN, MD, DO, NP, PA).
- 10–15+ years of progressive leadership in healthcare operations, clinical technology product management, and Epic implementation.
- Track record partnering with primary care networks or value-based care programs to improve medical cost trends.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic business partnerships and care model integration to drive outcomes.
- Oversee multidisciplinary teams to build end-to-end clinical technology pathways.
- Ensure seamless Epic integration and real-time insights for clinicians.
- Own the technology lifecycle from discovery to deployment and measurement.
- Foster a high-trust, high-performance culture within the team.
