Job summary

CVS Health seeks an Executive Director, Technology Product Management - Medical Cost Initiatives to lead strategy and execution for key medical cost portfolios within CVS Healthcare Delivery.

You will guide a cross-functional team of product managers, Epic analysts, software engineers, data scientists, and UI/UX designers to translate clinical vision into scalable technology roadmaps that lower patient costs and improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree and/or clinical background preferred.
• 10-15+ years of progressive leadership experience spanning healthcare operations, clinical technology product management, and enterprise EHR implementation (Epic).
• Proven history partnering with primary care delivery networks, retail clinics, or value-based care organizations to improve medical cost trends.

Responsibilities

• Strategic business partnership and care model integration with healthcare delivery leadership.
• Lead cross-functional teams to build end-to-end clinical technology pathways that reduce medical costs and improve patient outcomes.
• Ensure smooth integration between external data sources and internal Epic workflows to provide real-time insights for clinicians.
• Take end-to-end accountability for the technology lifecycle from discovery to deployment and measurable outcomes.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing product team across product managers, Epic analysts, engineers, data scientists, and designers.
