Job summary
CVS Health is seeking an Executive Director, Digital Product - Medical Cost Initiatives to lead technology product strategy for key medical cost portfolios within CVS Healthcare Delivery. Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required; graduate degree preferred (RN, MD, DO, NP, PA optional).
- Experience: 10–15+ years in healthcare operations, clinical tech product management and Epic implementation.
- Domain: strong knowledge of Value-Based Care and Fee-For-Service environments.
- Leadership: proven ability to guide cross-functional teams and drive outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to integrate care models across transitions, segmentation, and specialty care.
- Lead cross-functional teams to build scalable Epic-enabled clinical tech pathways.
