Job summary

Executive Director Access Services - Immunology is a remote role with a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. You will shape and execute access services strategies, lead a field reimbursement team, and collaborate with commercial and cross-functional stakeholders to reduce barriers for patients starting and staying on therapy.

This role owns budget oversight, vendor coordination, and data-driven decision-making to improve program effectiveness and operational efficiency, with occasional

Qualifications

• 15+ years in pharma/biopharma with at least 7 years in leadership
• Proven track record building customer-facing field teams
• Strong understanding of payer environments and national market reimbursement challenges
• Experience in commercializing biologic products
• Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a science/patient-focused culture

Responsibilities

• Define and implement strategic commercial plans to enhance access and reimbursement
• Drive initiatives for patient and physician reimbursement and support programs
• Manage the brand-specific access services budget and identify efficiency opportunities
• Conduct benchmarking and cost analyses to inform decision-making
• Hire and lead a field reimbursement team to remove access barriers
• Gather and communicate insights on patient onboarding and retention to leadership
• Coordinate development and implementation of program systems across vendors
