Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field is required.
• 20+ years in biotech/pharma with increasing responsibility.
• Launch experience and US market-building experience required.
• Deep knowledge of healthcare systems, pricing, reimbursement, and regulatory landscapes.

Responsibilities

• Own site-of-care and provider economic strategy across settings.
• Shape medical benefit coverage policy across Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers.
• Develop and execute market access strategies for optimal pricing and access.
• Lead Global Market Access org to support assets from early pipeline to market launch.
