Job summary

TurningPoint Healthcare Solutions is hiring a Solution Delivery Director to guide health plan implementations from strategy to execution. You will lead executive communications, define roadmaps, and ensure readiness across operations, clinical, and technology teams.

You will mentor junior staff, shape scalable implementation frameworks, and drive continuous improvement in delivery tools and processes. This remote role includes potential travel up to 10% for on-site meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Admin, IT or related field; master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years of applicable enterprise implementation or healthcare operations experience.
• Experience in client-facing roles with enterprise health plans or similar environments.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and backlogs.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery within enterprise programs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary executive-facing contact for assigned health plan clients.
• Architect and govern the client implementation lifecycle with milestones and readiness criteria.
• Influence stakeholders, manage scope, and resolve enterprise friction.
• Oversee project plans, RAID logs, and executive dashboards for delivery.
• Establish governance and risk-mitigation strategies to unblock obstacles.
• Own program vision and roadmaps aligned with client goals and org targets.
• Translate initiatives into detailed business requirements for downstream teams.
• Mentor teams on complex feature scope and architectural trade-offs.
• Lead readiness activities, go-live plans, and stabilization roadmaps.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration across Architecture, Product, Tech, Clinical, and Operations.
