Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking an Executive Director, Project Management to oversee global clinical projects and lead a high-performing PM team. This role drives strategic direction, client engagement, and operational excellence across global studies.

You will partner with senior leadership to shape growth initiatives, manage sponsor relationships, and ensure delivery with quality and financial accountability. Remote-ready with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• University or college degree in life science or allied health field preferred.
• Minimum 12 years global clinical pharmaceutical industry experience, incl. 8+ years in project management and people management.
• Experience leading staff in global matrixed environments and managing dementia programs.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic direction to the Project Management team within a therapeutic area.
• Oversee delivery, financial performance, and operational execution of global clinical research projects.
• Drive project planning, monitoring, and adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality expectations.
• Review strategy, content, and costing of new business proposals; support growth initiatives.
• Partner with senior leadership on business development and client engagement strategies.
• Maintain sponsor relationships and serve as a key contact for alliances.
• Lead project reviews and resolve issues to maintain client satisfaction.
• Mentor and develop project management staff; ensure resource utilization targets.
• Represent Worldwide in capability presentations and client-facing activities.
