Job summary

Everest Clinical Research is seeking a Director, Project Management to oversee planning, communications, and execution of clinical research and development services. The role reports into the Project Management department and drives leadership across multiple client studies.

The ideal candidate will have 18+ years in clinical research, line management experience, and deep knowledge of regulatory guidelines, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration across ICH, FDA, Health Canada and EMA.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in life sciences or health related field.
• 18+ years of experience in clinical research and development
• Line management experience required
• Knowledge of ICH guidelines, FDA, Health Canada, EMA regulations
• Ability to define scopes and budgets, plan and manage projects

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee project planning, communication, and execution for Everest client studies.
• Lead cross-functional project teams across clinical operations, statistics, data management and medical writing.
• Monitor timelines, budgets, and resource utilization; conduct governance reviews.
• Develop and implement SOPs, templates, and training to improve project delivery.
• Interact with clients for governance activities and opportunities within the portfolio.
