Job summary

Proofpoint is seeking a Principal Cyber Risk & Strategy Advisor to serve as a high-visibility thought leader within our enterprise services team. You’ll bridge the gap between sophisticated technical controls and executive risk management to influence C-level decision-making.

You’ll shape strategic cyber roadmaps, lead discovery with CISOs and CIOs, and collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Engineering to drive growth while advancing data protection, compliance, and incident response programs

Qualifications

• Expertise bridging technical controls and executive risk management.
• Experience influencing C-suite decision-makers with security services.
• Deep knowledge across DSPM, DLP, CASB/Cloud security, and IT risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic discovery sessions with enterprise clients and CISOs.
• Translate risk profiles into commercial service proposals and roadmaps.
• Influence product strategy, marketing, and engineering with client insights.
• Represent Proofpoint at executive forums and industry events.
• Advise on data protection, compliance, and incident response programs.
