Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of executive compensation experience OR 8 years of broad compensation experience with exposure to executive compensation.
Experience in a global public company and with governance requirements is preferred.
Strong analytics, reporting, and data integrity focus.

Responsibilities

Support and manage the executive compensation program in alignment with company strategy.
Lead equity planning operations and cost modeling using Workday planning tools.
Develop Compensation Committee materials and conduct market benchmarking.
Oversee ESPP administration and annual incentive/long-term equity programs.
Conduct research on market trends and participate in external surveys.
