Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a remote Manager, Executive Compensation to join our team. This hybrid schedule supports three in-office days per week near Burlington, NC or Durham, NC, with two remote days for collaboration and flexibility.

The role oversees program management, market research, and compensation planning, including equity and ESPP administration, while producing Committee materials and mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of executive compensation experience, or equivalent.
• Associates degree with 5+ years; high school with 7+ years in executive compensation.

Responsibilities

• Support program management and administration of executive compensation.
• Collaborate with HR partners and rewards leadership on roles and pay levels.
• Support Compensation Committee materials and meetings.
• Research market trends using proxy, 10-Ks, 8-Ks and external surveys.
• Oversee participation in third-party market surveys for executive roles.
• Assist with global compensation planning, including merit, bonus and equity.
• Administer ESPP and monitor eligibility and audits.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes affecting compensation programs.
• Provide analytical support for ad hoc research and projects.
• Create reports and data elements to streamline compensation work.
• Conduct due diligence for executive compensation M&A and integration.
• Provide direction to junior staff.
