Job summary

Abbott is seeking an Executive Account Manager, Coronary for the San Jose/San Ramon region to lead all commercial selling activity and drive profitable growth in the coronary portfolio.

You will coordinate with Clinical Specialists, negotiate hospital contracts, and influence physicians and hospital staff to promote product utilization, manage relationships, and achieve annual sales objectives. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5–7+ years of related work experience.
• Ability to travel 50% within assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Lead all commercial selling activity for the territory by targeting Interventional Cardiologists to promote the full Coronary portfolio.
• Support clinical selling activity and procedure case service.
• Influence hospital stakeholders to drive product utilization and contracting.
• Drive market development and sales growth in the territory.
• Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans based on product, price, and competition.
