Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience supporting executives in fast-paced environments.
• High level of discretion and integrity handling confidential information.
• Ability to build cross-functional relationships and manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Experience planning domestic and international travel (air, hotel, visa).
• Ability to plan virtual, in-person, or hybrid leadership summits and team events.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executives to understand priorities and manage complex calendars and meeting requests.
• Work independently and make decisions on behalf of executives with discretion.
• Manage complex domestic and international travel logistics and related expenses; assist with events and meetings.
• Serve as a point person for executives’ direct reports and cross-functional teams.
• Prepare agendas, draft presentations, take minutes, and coordinate communications for executives.
• Collaborate with peer Executive Business Partners to align on strategy and goals.
• Develop understanding of the business to support leaders and career development.
• Plan and coordinate employee events and GTM offsites.
