Job summary

ECG Management Consultants, Inc. seeks an Advanced Practice Provider Executive Leader to oversee large-scale APP engagements across health systems.

You will guide care models, workforce strategies, and clinical operations to improve organizational performance and patient outcomes. You will participate in executive leadership, influence senior physicians and APPs, and lead strategic planning and performance improvements across multiple hospitals and regions.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree strongly preferred and NP/PA credentials required.
• Experience leading APP operations, ambulatory strategy, or workforce optimization initiatives.
• Leadership experience within large health systems or academic medical centers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee complex APP engagements across hospitals, service lines, or regions.
• Lead strategic APP workforce and care model transformation initiatives.
