Job summary

ECU Health seeks an Executive Director of Advanced Clinical Practice to lead organization-wide strategy and integration of Advanced Practice Providers across the system. This role reports to the Medical Group CMO with dotted lines to the President of the Medical Group, Chief Nursing Officer, and Medical Affairs leadership.

The Executive Director will develop APP initiatives, manage the Office of Advanced Clinical Practice, and guide coaching and mentoring for 500+ APPs including NPs, PAs, CNSs,

Qualifications

• Master's degree in advanced Practice (NP, CNM, PA, CRNA) required or higher.
• Leadership experience required.
• 5 years of APP experience preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Lead organization-wide strategy and integration of Advanced Practice Providers across ECU Health.
• Directly manage the Office of Advanced Clinical Practice and APP initiatives.
• Mentor and develop APP leaders and teams to align with ECU Health's mission and goals.
• Develop metrics to assess APP quality of care and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with physician, nursing and administrative leadership to advance value-based care models.
