Qualifications

• Doctoral degree preferred and relevant clinical leadership experience.
• Experience leading APP operations, ambulatory strategy, care model transformations, or workforce optimization.
• Proven ability to influence physicians, APPs, and executives to improve organizational performance.
• Strong analytical, communication, and strategic thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee complex APP engagements across hospitals, service lines, clinics, or regions.
• Lead executive leadership teams and contribute to strategic planning and performance improvement.
• Guide communication strategies and stakeholder engagement to achieve client goals.
• Develop and mentor leaders, fostering high-performance teams and succession planning.
• Travel approximately 50% to client sites while maintaining a hybrid work model.
