Job summary

ECG Management Consultants is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider Executive Leader to oversee large-scale APP engagements across health systems, lead strategic and workforce initiatives, and influence senior physicians, APPs, and administrators.

You will participate in executive leadership and guide strategic planning, with responsibility for performance across hospitals, service lines, and regions.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree strongly preferred (DNP, PhD, DHSc, EdD, or equivalent).
• Experience as NP or PA with clinical training and practice required.
• 5-10 years of progressive leadership within large health systems or academic medical centers.
• Experience partnering with physicians, nursing leadership, and executive teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee complex APP projects and deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Provide strategic counsel to client executives and manage stakeholder communications.
• Lead major strategic initiatives shaping APP services and market presence.
• Develop emerging leaders through mentorship and sponsorship.
• Drive business development and expansion of APP offerings.
