Job summary
ECG Management Consultants in the United States seeks an experienced Advanced Practice Provider Executive Leader to oversee large-scale APP engagements, lead workforce strategies, and optimize nurse practitioner/physician assistant care models across health systems. You will collaborate with hospital executives to improve organizational performance and drive strategic initiatives.
You will travel up to 50% and operate in a hybrid setting, guiding executive teams and clinicians while shaping APP
Qualifications
- Doctoral degree strongly preferred (DNP, PhD, DHSc, EdD, or equivalent).
- Current or former NP or PA with direct clinical training and practice experience required.
Responsibilities
- Oversee complex, multifaceted APP engagements and lead projects across hospitals, service lines, clinics, or regions.
- Provide strategic counsel to client executives and guide communications with stakeholders.
- Lead major change management and nurture high‑performing teams.
- Develop and implement APP workforce strategies and care models across health systems.
- Partner with physician and nursing leadership to improve APP and care team performance, access, quality, and financial outcomes.
