Job summary

ECU Health is seeking an Executive Director of Advanced Clinical Practice to lead organization-wide APP strategy and integration. The role directly reports to the Medical Group CMO and collaborates with nursing and administrative leadership to advance APP initiatives and value-based care programs.

The Executive Director will oversee the Office of Advanced Clinical Practice, drive performance metrics for APP quality and ensure regulatory compliance while guiding development for Nurse

Qualifications

• Master's degree in advanced practice (NP, CNM, PA, CRNA) or higher.
• Current NC licensure to practice.
• Advanced degree (DNP, PhD) preferred.
• 5 years of APP leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead organization-wide strategy and integration of Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).
• Manage Office of Advanced Clinical Practice and develop APP initiatives.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to 500+ APPs across multiple specialties.
• Collaborate with physician, nursing and administrative leadership to advance goals.
