Responsibilities

• Acts as the first point of contact for prospective students considering enrollment at AMU/APU.
• Engages prospective students via phone and email about enrollment goals.
• Conducts consultative conversations to assess needs and showcase APUS education benefits.
• Presents tailored solutions and facilitates enrollment based on consultative discussions.
• Meets and exceeds enrollment metrics as directed by leadership.
• Connects students to appropriate departments for documents, funding, transfer credits, and degree solutions.
