Job summary

Ancora Education is seeking an Executive Admissions Representative to interface with prospective students, explain the school's philosophy and features, and advocate for applicants throughout the admissions process.

You will use phone, in-person interviews, chat, text, and email to identify student prospects, develop rapport, and guide them through enrollment while meeting activity standards and compliance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years’ experience in sales and/or customer service.
• Computer skills; experience with Google products preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication, particularly on the phone, and strong written communication.
• Persistent, positive, and self-motivated with collaborative interpersonal skills.
• Ability to use school systems, databases and tools effectively.

Responsibilities

• Interface with prospective students to support their decision to attend school.
• Communicate the school’s philosophy and features and advocate for applicants.
• Meet established activity standards using admissions processes and procedures.
• Interviews via telephone, in person, chat, text, and email to identify prospective students’ needs.
• Develop rapport and maintain contact throughout the enrollment cycle.
• Collaborate with Financial Aid and Academics to ensure high levels of service.
• Support Veterans and external partnerships; assist with events as needed.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays; adapt to a fast-paced environment.
