Job summary

Neurocrine Biosciences seeks an Executive Director, Contracts, Pricing & Trade to lead pricing, contracting, GTN, and government reporting. This role oversees Pricing Committee governance, GTN forecasting, and market access strategies for a broad portfolio.

Ideal candidate has 17+ years in pharma/biopharma with leadership experience, deep pricing knowledge, and a track record of cross-functional collaboration across market access and commercial teams.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in Engineering, Science, or Business and 17+ years in pharma/biopharma.
• MBA or PhD preferred with extensive managerial experience.
• Proven ability to influence Sr. Management and drive pricing strategies.
• Deep knowledge of pricing, contracting, and government programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing, contracting, and GTN forecasting for inline and launch products.
• Oversee government price reporting and compliance for DoD, VA, Medicaid, and 340B.
• Manage Pricing Committee governance and data reporting.
• Develop trade and channel strategies with distributors and PBMs.
• Mentor and coach senior staff to achieve goals.
