Job summary

Access Destination Services is seeking an Events Manager for South Florida to drive strategic and tactical delivery of exceptional events. You will collaborate with Sales and Creative teams, manage budgets, and own vendor relationships to achieve gross profit goals.

You will oversee event staff, coordinate hotel partnerships, and ensure KPI targets are met, while upselling services to enhance client experiences.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years experience managing multiple clients and programs.
• Proven success in planning and executing events.
• Self-motivated, customer-focused, and team-oriented.
• Strong organization and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational solutions to clients, seeking improvements and efficiencies.
• Manage all vendors required for a program.
• Own the Statement of Work, deposits, and final invoicing.
• Lead event staff during events and prep staff for consistent communication.
