Brobston Group LLC is seeking a Client Experience Events Manager to design, plan, and deliver high-touch luxury events and client experiences that deepen relationships and drive business growth. You will build a strategic events calendar, oversee multi-market programs, and ensure every interaction reflects elevated hospitality and personalized service.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Events, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, experiential marketing, client engagement, or event management.
  • Proven experience planning high-touch luxury events for premium clientele and managing multi-market programs.
  • Ability to work onsite at corporate headquarters in Sunrise, FL, with evenings, weekends, and travel as required.
  • Experience with event management software and CRM/clienteling platforms.
  • Strong project management, organizational skills, and ability to support executive leadership and high-profile clientele.

  • Prepare executive presentations, production documents, and post-event reporting and analysis.
  • Oversee onsite event setup, staffing, and client engagement to ensure consistent brand standards.
